The ICCCN 2025 will be held at the following hotel;

You can stay at any hotel in Tokyo, Japan as there is no obligation for you to stay at the Hotel Metropolitan as there is no specific reduced rate or special rate for ICCCN 25 attendees. But you are welcome to stay at the conference hotel above.
Tokyo is served by two major two airports:
Haneda Airport (HND) and Narita Airport (NRT).
HND is closer to Tokyo city center.
NRT is situated further outside Tokyo.
