Hotel Information

Hotel Room Rate for ICCCN 2015 authors and attendees: Standard Group Rate US $109 per night for single or double plus taxes. There is a US $30.00 charge per person (18 years old and above) for triple and quad occupancy. The rate will be confirmed for stays 3 days prior and 3 days following the actual conference date, subject to availability. All reservations must be made by July 10, 2015 to take advantage of the group rate (reservation requests received after July 10, 2015 will be accepted on a space available basis, at the higher of the group rate or rate available at that time).

Early Departure Fee: In the event that a guest who has reserved a guest room within the Group’s guest room block checks out prior to the guest’s reserved checkout date, an early departure fee of US $70.00 will be charged to that guest’s individual account.

Hotel Amenity Charge: A Hotel Amenity Charge of US $5.00 per room, per day plus tax will apply to all guest rooms. The Hotel Amenity Charge includes the following: High-Speed Wireless Guest Room internet, Daily Newspaper, Self-Parking, Westin Workout facility, Sauna & Steam Rooms at Spa, Bottled Water in Guest Rooms, Incoming Faxes, Notary Public, Pool & Whirlpool, Unlimited Local calls, Unwind Ritual and Printing of Boarding pass.
