We are gratefull to all the authors for submittting their work to the workshops. We would like to thank all the workshop organizers for their leadership and hard work in putting together these excellent workshops. Organizing a workshop is a great contribution to the research community and requires tremendous efforts. We want to thank all workshop committee members and external reviewers for the time dedicated to reviewing the submitted papers. Many thanks are due to ICCCN General Chair Dr. Haohong Wang and the Program Co-Chairs, Prof. Xiaobo Zhou and Prof. George Rouskas, for their unfailing support and timely help on numerous aspects of the workshops.
