Please note that this ICCCN 2017 conference group rate is ONLY for ICCCN 2017 Conference and Workshops attendees who registered and paid their registration fees. We (the ICCCN 2017 and the Marriott Vancouver) reserve rights to cancel any reservations made by those who are not registered and paid reg. fees for ICCCN 2017. Therefore, please register/pay for ICCCN 20127 first before you make your hotel reservation to attend the ICCCN 2017.

The following rate is per guestroom, per night, SINGLE or DOUBLE occupancy.
Rate is subject to applicable state and local taxes/fees (currently 17.5%).
City View Room: Canadian $229.00.
Additional rates available: per guestroom, per night:
City View Room: TRIPLE occupancy Canadian $259.00;
QUAD occupancy Canadian $289.00.
The above rates are available for ICCCN 217 attendees for three (3) days before and after the ICCCN 2017 on a space-and rate-available basis.
Note:
Reservation Deadline (The Cutoff Date) is Thursday, June 29, 2017.All reservations must be accompanied by a first-night room deposit or guaranteed with a credit card. Hotel will not hold any reservations unless secured by one of the above methods.
Cancellation Policy: In the event that a confirmed reservation needs to be cancelled, guests must do it prior to 11:59PM local time on the day prior to arrival to request cancellation. This will avoid a cancellation fee of one night’s room rate and applicable taxes.

Significant financial penalties will be assessed the ICCCN 2017 should ICCCN 2017 fall short of the expected number of rooms guaranteed.
