ICCCN participants are requested to check with the Chinese Consulate or diplomatic mission in their home country for visa requirements. It is the responsibility of the participant to obtain a visa if required. Please note that the Chinese visa application process can take months, so make sure to plan ahead 2~3 months in advance.

For US citizens, if you cannot go to the Chinese embassy/consulate in person, you can entrust a relative or friend or travel/visa agent to come to the Embassy or Consulate for the visa application process. Invitation Letter
Authors need to send emails to icccn.register@gmail.com to request for invitation letters ONLY AFTER they have registered and paid their registration fees. If you need an invitation letter to attend ICCCN 2014, please include the following information:
- Title
- Name
- Gender
- Date of Birth
- Address
- Citizenship
- Passport number
If you are an author of ICCCN 2014 paper (main conference paper or workshop paper), please also include the paper id and title.
