Author Information
Camera-Ready Paper Instructions
Camera-ready versions of all accepted papers (invited and regular) must be submitted to IEEE eXpress by May 15, 2010 (hard deadline). Additionally, at least one author must have registered at the full conference rate by May 15, 2010 (one full registration covers up to two accepted conference and/or workshop papers). If either condition is not met, the paper will be withdrawn from the conference.
Please note the following guidelines for camera-ready papers:
- Format: Camera-ready papers must follow the standard IEEE camera-ready format. The page limit for camera-ready papers is 6 pages (with an option of purchasing up to 2 additional pages at the time of registration). Manuscripts may not exceed 8 pages.
- Submission: Camera-ready papers and electronic copyright forms must be submitted via IEEE eXpress:
http://www.conf-express.org/ (conference id: icccn10)
Detailed instructions about the submission process can be found here:
http://www.ieee.org/web/publications/pubservices/confpub/icccn10/
- Note for regular papers only: Do not submit your camera-ready paper to EDAS. Only papers submitted to IEEE eXpress can be used for the proceedings.
- Note for invited papers only: Invited papers must be submitted to EDAS. Once approved by the TPC chairs, the camera-ready version must be uploaded to IEEE eXpress.
If you have questions about the camera-ready submission process, please contact the publications chair Kartik Gopalan.
Paper Preparation Instructions (obsolete — for reference only)
Submitted manuscripts must be formatted in standard IEEE camera-ready format (double-column, 10-pt font) and must be submitted via EDAS as PDF files (formatted for letter (8.5x11-inch) paper). The manuscripts should be no longer than 6 pages. Up to two additional pages are permitted if the authors are willing to pay an over-length charge at the time of publication (manuscripts may not exceed 8 pages). Submitted papers may not have been previously published in or be under consideration for publication in another journal or conference. The Program Committee reserves the right to not review papers that either exceed the length specification or have been submitted or published elsewhere. Submissions must include a title, abstract, keywords, author(s) and affiliation(s) with postal and e-mail address(es).
Paper Submission Process (obsolete — for reference only)
Papers have to be submitted to a track via EDAS (http://edas.info/newPaper.php?c=8289). Note the following submission process:
An abstract must be registered for each paper by the abstract registration deadline. There is no "general track". Each paper must be submitted to one specific track. Please check the list of tracks and topics to identify the most suitable track. If there is a concern about where to submit a paper, contact the technical program chairs.
Paper Publication Rules
The following rules apply for the publication of papers at ICCCN 2010. Authors need to acknowledge and agree to these rules when submitting their paper on EDAS.
- IEEE Publication Policies: The authors acknowledge that the submitted paper meets the rules stated in the IEEE Publication Services and Products Board Operations Manual (in particular, Section 8.2.1.A regarding authorship, Section 8.2.1.B.7 regarding plagiarism, and Section 8.2.1.B.9 regarding concurrent submissions).
- EDAS Meta-Information: The authors acknowledge that paper information on EDAS (e.g., complete author list, affiliation, abstract, etc.) matches the information in the submitted PDF. This step is critical to ensure correct handling of conflicts of interest during the review process. Papers, where the author list on EDAS does not match the submitted PDF, may be rejected without review.
- Registration: The authors acknowledge that a full registration to the conference needs to be associated with each accepted paper. One full registration covers up to two papers from the conference and/or workshops. Papers for which no full registration has been received by the camera-ready deadline may be removed from the program.
- Presentation: The authors acknowledge that accepted papers need to be presented in person at the conference by one of the authors of the paper. Papers that are not presented by one of the authors (for any reason, including visa issues, travel problems, etc.) may be removed from IEEE Xplore.
