The ICCCN 2009 group rate is US$164 (plus taxes) single or double. Group rate extended (3) days prior and (3) days after the conference based on availability until the cut-off date.
Hotel reservation can be made one of the following ways:
- Online: Go to web site http://www.marriott.com/sfofw and provide group code “ICCICCA” in the group code box.
- By phone: Call Marriott Central Reservations at 1-800-525-0956 and provide the name “ICCN” to get the group rate.
- By fax: Sending your reservation via FAX to 1-415-474-2099.
Cutoff Date: July 2, 2009 July 10, 2009. After the cutoff date, the hotel may honor reservations at the conference rate based on space and rate availability.
Guaranteed Reservation and Cancelation: All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card. (This deposit will be refundable only if the reservation is canceled at least 24 hours prior to arrival date and a cancellation number is obtained by guest).

Significant financial penalties will be assessed should ICCCN 2009 fall short of the guest room night commitment with the Hotel.
