Description:
Metaverse merges physical reality with digital virtuality, constructing a 3D virtual network based on hardware equipment and interaction technologies such as virtual reality and augmented reality. It is an interconnected web of social in an immersive Internet environment, which breaks the temporal and spatial limitations of traditional social media, providing a virtual platform for multi-person real-time interaction, such as meetings, games, and collaboration. Metaverse is regarded as an extension of traditional social media, and the combination of metaverse and social will be the new model for social networks in the future. This track focuses on original and unpublished research work in the field of social network and metaverse. Topics of interest include but are not limited to the following: AR/VR/XR and applications, mobile social networks, contact social networks and so on.
