REVIEW AND PUBLICATION OF MANUSCRIPTS:
All submitted papers will be reviewed and judged on originality, correctness, relevance, quality of
presentation, and technical strength and significance. An accepted paper must be registered and presented
by one of the authors at the conference venue (we reserve the right to remove any non-paid papers from
proceedings and remove any non-presented papers from the IEEE Digital Library) and must be limited to 6
pages (with an allowance of up to two extra pages at a cost of US$150 per extra page beyond 6 pages) in
standard IEEE camera-ready format.
Everyone who attends (including paper authors/presenters who give talks or chair sessions) the ICCCN08
conference and/or workshops is required to register and pay registration fee.
One FULL rate of registration is required for each accepted paper by one of authors of the paper student or
not), and each registration can cover up to three papers (conference or workshops) authored by the same
registering author (i.e., the registering author must be the common author of those papers, up to 3 papers).
A reduced rate (called discounted rate) can be applied for other co-authors of accepted papers (a reduced
rate cannot be used for fulfilling the requirement of the one FULL registration for each accepted paper). The registration deadline for accepted papers is May 20,
2008. Early registration deadline for the discounted rate (50% off
of FULL rate) for co-authors is June 25, 2008. Full registration
rate is applied after June 25, 2008. Each registration covers BOTH conference and workshops. ICCCN08 conference and
workshops proceedings will be published by IEEE ComSoc.
